Golar LNG: Insider Transaction

OSLO, Norway, June 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- CEO in Golar LNG Ltd. (Nasdaq:GLNG), Tor Olav Troeim, has as of 19 June renewed an existing forward contract, reported 19 December 2002, with a new obligation to buy 60,000 shares in Golar LNG. The new forward contract becomes effective as of 18 December 2003 at a price of NOK 70.34 per share. In addition to the purchased position Mr. Troeim holds an option through the employee option program to purchase 100,000 shares in Golar LNG Ltd.
