GOLAR LNG SHARE SALE

Golar LNG Limited ("Golar") has sold 25,000 shares in order to satisfy the exercise of share options by Golar share option holders, the strike price of which was $12.30 or approximately Nok 61.61.
After this sale Golar holds 350,000 shares in its own right and 300,000 shares via an equity swap.
